Mohammad Aziz Welfare Society Celebrates Late Mohammad Aziz’s 70th Birthday by Cutting Cake


Amritsar (Ashok Kumar Nirbhay) – Mohammad Aziz Welfare Society, Amritsar, commemorated the 70th birth anniversary of the late singer Mohammad Aziz at their office. The celebration included cutting a cake and singing his songs by the society’s officials and members.

Tarlochan Singh Tochi, a playback singer and the Chairman of Mohammad Aziz Welfare Society Amritsar, and Dr. Raj Kumar Verma, the President, shared that, as with every year, the society celebrated Mohammad Aziz’s birthday. They extended their congratulations and best wishes to Mohammad Aziz’s family on behalf of all the society’s officials and members.

Daljit Singh Arora, the advisor of the society and chief editor of Punjabi Screen, mentioned that Mohammad Aziz Welfare Society Amritsar is the only society in the city that has been celebrating both the birth and death anniversaries of Mohammad Aziz for many years. He remarked that although many years have passed since Mohammad Aziz’s physical departure, he remains alive through his music. Arora emphasized that music never dies, and through it, they continue to feel close to him. Mohammad Aziz’s listeners and audience still admire his singing.

The event was attended by Press Secretary Savinder Singh Savi, Treasurer Narinder Jain, and members Balraj Mahiniya, Rohit Kumar, Alka Verma, and Ankit Verma, among others.
