New Delhi: A grand launch ceremony of the book Jis Ore Jawani Chalti Hai, Us Ore Zamana Chalta Hai, authored by social worker and writer Er. Chandrashekhar Patel, was organised on Friday at the Vichar Vinimay Nyas Auditorium, Keshav Kunj, Jhandewalan, under the aegis of Suruchi Prakashan. The event was attended by eminent educationists, scholars, social workers, students and literature enthusiasts. The formal release of the book was followed by an engaging discussion on the role of youth in nation-building.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Pravesh Kumar, National Spokesperson of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), said that the future of any nation depends upon the strength and character of its youth. He urged young people to look beyond personal success and fulfil their responsibilities towards society and the nation. Describing the book as a source of inspiration, he said that such literature plays a significant role in promoting patriotism, character-building and social awareness.
The keynote speaker, Shri Rajkumar Matale, Akhil Bharatiya Sah-Seva Pramukh of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), said that India’s cultural heritage is founded on the ideals of service, dedication and values. He called upon the youth to place discipline, selfless service and national interest at the centre of their lives. He added that meaningful social transformation is possible only when noble thoughts are reflected in action, and books like this help guide the younger generation in the right direction.
Author Er. Chandrashekhar Patel said the book aims to inspire young people to develop patriotism, self-confidence, a sense of duty and social responsibility. He observed that the vision of Amrit Kaal would become meaningful only when India’s youth dedicate their knowledge, talent and energy to the service of the nation and society. He also thanked everyone who supported the publication of the book.
The speakers appreciated the book’s central theme and stressed the need for literature that not only motivates young people to achieve success but also inspires them to uphold Indian culture, moral values and the spirit of national service. They expressed confidence that the book would instil a renewed sense of national consciousness and social commitment among the youth.
Rajeev Tuli, President of Suruchi Prakashan, and Rajneesh Jindal, Managing Director, welcomed the guests and reaffirmed the publishing house’s commitment to bringing out value-based literature that promotes positive thinking and strengthens national consciousness.
The programme concluded with a book-signing session during which readers interacted with the author and received signed copies of the book. The event was conducted by Dr. Neeraj Karn Singh and Ms. Prakriti Sharma, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Rahul. The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere of patriotism, literature and social commitment, with participants describing it as an inspiring and memorable occasion.
